🕐 Event times are now correct across time zones FIXED - Events now show in your local time everywhere, and when an event was scheduled in a different time zone you'll see a "🌍 1:00 PM Jerusalem" tag so there's no confusion. Editing an event created by someone in another zone no longer shifts its time. All-day events (birthdays, holidays) stay on the right day for everyone, and events that run past midnight (e.g. 10 PM – 1 AM) now save and show the correct end date. Repeating events keep their local time correctly across daylight-saving changes.
🚨 SOS now posts to the family chat + one loud alert NEW - When someone sends an SOS, it now also appears in the circle chat as a red emergency card showing the cause and a tap-to-open location link, so there's a lasting record everyone can see. Recipients get exactly one notification per alert (no more duplicates), and the SOS uses a distinct urgent alarm sound plus a stronger buzzing vibration so it stands out from ordinary alerts.
🌙 Dark mode polish: readable titles & circle names FIXED - In Dark mode, the Location screen's section titles (Location Sharing, Members, Geofences) sat on a white panel and the circle-switcher names showed as black-on-dark — both hard to read. The location sheet and circle dropdown now use dark surfaces and the text is light, so everything is crisp and legible.

🕐 Same-day events now sort by start time FIX - In Week and Month views, multiple events on the same day are now listed in chronological order by their start time (earliest first), instead of the order they were added. Repeating events are placed by their actual time on the day too.
🍱 Per-session lists, polls & RSVPs for repeating events NEW - Each occurrence of a repeating event can now have its own supply/bring list and poll — edit a single occurrence and attach a list just for that day (e.g. "Week 2 materials"). You can also RSVP to one occurrence (going Thursday, not Tuesday), and reminders now fire ahead of every occurrence, not just the first.
📆 More powerful repeat options NEW - When creating an event you can now repeat every N days/weeks/months/years (e.g. every 2 weeks), end the series on a date or after a number of times, choose every weekday (Mon–Fri), and pick a monthly pattern by date or by weekday (e.g. the 3rd Thursday). Times now stay correct across daylight-saving changes and for members in other timezones.
🔁 Edit or delete a single occurrence of a repeating event NEW - Repeating events now behave like Outlook and Google Calendar. When you edit or delete a repeating event you can choose this occurrence only, this and all following, or the whole series. Moving or cancelling one class no longer changes every other one. You can also reschedule a single occurrence to a different time, and skip a single date (e.g. a holiday week) without breaking the series.
👤 The same person stays the same across circles FIXED - When you join another circle with an invite, CircleUs now recognizes your existing account and carries your profile over — phone, photo, color, emergency contact, timezone, birthday and medical info — instead of showing you as a brand-new, empty member. Anything the new circle already filled in for you is kept as-is.

Admins can send a private, optional "please share" request — never a forced override.
✏️ Rename grocery lists, bring lists & tasks NEW - You can now rename a grocery list right from its card (just tap the name), alongside the existing rename for bring lists and tasks. Renaming keeps every link intact — the list or task stays attached to its event, and a grocery list's "Back to …" shortcut updates automatically when you rename the bring list it came from.
📅 Calendar Sync now works everywhere FIXED - Subscribing to your circle calendar in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook now works, and your events flow in automatically. The subscription link is now a direct https link that Google Calendar accepts (no more "Unable to add calendar"), the Sync button shows a proper sync icon, and it's now available on mobile too.
🗑️ Delete a circle you own NEW - Circle owners can now permanently delete a circle from the Circle screen. Deleting removes the circle and all of its data — members, events, polls, lists, photos and more — and frees up a slot under your plan's circle limit. You'll be asked to retype the circle name to confirm, since it can't be undone.
🔗 Share a link to any event NEW - Open an event and tap Share to send a link by text, WhatsApp, or anything else. When the recipient opens it, CircleUs takes them straight to that event - signing in and switching to the right circle first if needed.
📋 Only the organizer takes attendance NEW - Attendance is now taken by the person who created the event (or a circle admin for older events without an organizer), starting one hour before it begins. The "Take Attendance" button only appears for them, so two people can't record conflicting rolls.
